DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST RELATING TO ITEMS ON THE AGENDA: Cllr Brooks declared a personal interest in Item 2555d – she is known to the applicant. The Vice Chairman declared a personal interest in item 2784 – he is known to the applicant. Cllr Hill declared a personal interest in Item 2785 – he is known to the applicant.</p><p>3. TO ACCEPT THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 15 TH NOVEMBER, 2011: The Minutes of the meeting having been previously circulated, Cllr Cox PROPOSED acceptance of the Minutes of the meeting held on 15th November, 2011, Cllr Hill seconded. IT WAS AGREED.</p><p>4.
