<p> CONTRACT TO RENT NORTH PARK SOCCER FIELDS FOR GAMES ONLY Must fill out one form per game.</p><p>Soccer fields at North Park must be reserved one week in advance unless a field is already being reserved at the same time and the on-site supervisor can be contacted in time to let him/her know of an additional rental. If you do not give us one week notice to rent a field you must pay a two hour penalty fee plus the regular rental fee. You must give us one week cancellation notice to get a refund.
