<p> PROMISSORY NOTE </p><p>FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I, the undersigned, promise to pay to the order of JOHN LENDER, a resident of Newark, Delaware, the sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00), plus interest at a rate of 8 percent per annum.</p><p>1. Payment Upon Demand. Debtor shall pay all amount due under this Note, plus interest as provided for above, upon the demand of Smith.</p><p>2. Governing Law.
