<p>November 10, 2011</p><p>Dear Partner,</p><p>As a leader in the San Diego Community, we invite you to identify and nominate the unsung heroes in your community for a Molina Healthcare Community Champions Award. Created in 2006, the Community Champions honors individuals that inspire others through selflessness contributions that positively affect the health and well-being of others. The Community Champions Awards were named in honor of Molina Healthcare’s physician founder, Dr. C. David Molina.</p><p>Nominees for awards may be volunteers or members of a recognized organization who demonstrate selfless dedication to improving the quality of life in their community. Winners will be honored at a dinner and awards ceremony on Tuesday, January 24, 2011. In addition, a $1,000 grant will be awarded on behalf of each winner so that they can “pay it forward” to his or her designated community organization.</p><p>Please take a moment to consider nominating a community champion in one of the several categories.
