Melange du Rhone is located in Linne Calodo soils. Clusters were winged and tipped. Yields were kept to 2.35 ton/acre. </p><p>Winery Protcol Fruit was de-stemed and fermented whole berry for 15 days and then pressed off at 7 Brix directly to barrel where it remained unracked until bottling. </p>
