A few years in house building he wanted something more challenging, venturing into civil works which included bridge building, concrete silos, sewerage treatment plants, culverts, etc. This took the family to various locations throughout Australia.</p><p>Finally locating to Mackay work began in the mining industry. Adept Contractors evolved and has been locally based in Moranbah for the past 17 years, providing concrete works, maintenance, earthworks, demolition, steel fabrication, machinery hire and transport services to the coal mining sector, local council and private contractors. </p><p>With growth came the relocation to our new premises at Long Pocket Rd, Moranbah from which all our projects are run. This is incorporated with a well-equipped camp to accommodate our employees and their families. Adept are focused on continually improving our business and our people.
