Box 1127 Clintwood, VA 24228 Haydee Robinson, Superintendent</p><p>August 4, 2015</p><p>To: All Parents/Guardians of Students</p><p>Ref: PARENT PORTAL and STUDENT PORTAL</p><p>Parent Portal is an optional tool for the primary guardian to access their students’ grades, attendance, contact information, homework, and assignments online when it is convenient. The Parent Portal can be accessed on the county website at http://dcps.k12.va.us/ under the Parents/Students tab or on a mobile device or computer on the website: http://tems.dickenson.k12.va.us/tsi_live and enter the log in and password. The mobile version is a light version of Tyler SIS online and some information may not be accessible on mobile. </p><p>We encourage every primary guardian to sign up for this beneficial tool, so that students and guardians have knowledge of assignments, attendance, and grades, as they are available from the staff members into Tyler SIS. All you have to do is fill out this form, make sure to put all the school age children in the household with their current school and grade level and either return to the student’s school or mail to the above address and Attn: Cynthia Kiser. A current email address will be required, which will be the username and a password will be emailed, once the form is received and entered into Tyler SIS.
