Please be prepared to reference the following material that applies to you and your family:</p><p> Social Security Card  California Driver’s License or Identification Card  2013 W-2 Forms and other records of money earned  Your 2013 Federal Income Tax Return- IRS From 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040 TeleFile, foreign tax return  Your parents 2013 Federal Income Tax Return (Try to complete taxes by late January/ early February)  You and Your Parents 2013 untaxed income records-Social Security, Temporary Assistance of Needy Families, Welfare, or Veterans Benefits Records  You and Your Parents current Bank Statements  You and Your Parents Current Business and Investment Mortgage Information, Business and Farm Records, Stock, Bond, and other Investment Records  You and Your Parent’s Alien Registration or Permanent Residence Card (if not U.S. citizen)</p>
