<p> Friends of Magdalen Gates MagStock meeting </p><p>Monday 23rd May 2016 Minutes</p><p>Present: Hannah Collison, Jill Annison, Sally Mann, Vicki McLeod, Vicky Marks, Tanya Stagg, Maxine Webb</p><p>The meeting was devoted to discussion of MagStock 2016 on Sunday 26th June 1 -5pm. </p><p>Organised so far:  Zorbing – Sally Coulthard has confirmed booking of zorbing and bungee trampolines.  Jill Starling is arranging the bar licence and banner.  NB – in view of recent tragic events there will be no bouncy castle  Sally Mann and Cara Fahy will arrange floats for each stall, and do the Cash and Carry shopping  PA / sound system via Jeff arranged (Sally Mann)</p><p>Stalls:  Barbeque – Ian agreed to help..  Ice creams  Chips (Gill and Lesley in the Kitchen)  Cakes etc to be provided by donations. Tea, coffee and cakes to be staffed by volunteers.  Face painting +/- nail art – volunteers approached and agreed.  Tombolla and Teddy Tombolla  Pint pots to go home - date in newsletter already, plenty of empty cups in cupboard.  Wine and water stall – need donations for the wine – plenty of empty bottles left in cupboard.  Bee keeping club will run a stall / display - tbc  Hook a Duck with Baker Ross supplies for prizes – Sarah Corby has volunteered to do this stall.  Books – try to clear our book stock, remains to go to charity afterwards.  Lucky Dip  Watermelon stall – Colin’s parents (yr4)</p><p>Confirmed external stalls  9th Norwich Guides – Cheryl Glinwell  Usbourne Books – Cheryl Glinwell  Avon – Donna Goose  Suzie Styles  Possible stalls include Bodyshop, Glass / jewellery maker, Julie B-C / Silver Rooms</p><p>Raffle – Tickets printed. Letter to go for raffle prizes after next meeting. Tickets home for pre-sales by family rather than by child. Also around local pubs and venues. All businesses who have a stall will be asked to donate a raffle prize as well. </p><p>Programme – sponsorship sought for a programme, offering local business the chance to advertise in our programme – Sally Mann.</p><p>Entertainment  Magdalen Gates got Talent – auditions upcoming  Bollywood Sparkles – confirmed, 1:15pm dance with brief workshop afterwards  Bands organised – Sally Mann and Jeff.</p><p>Letter to go out requesting help on the day – set up, man stalls, clear down etc, donations for cake stall, wine, good quality raffle prizes, tombolla prizes and pint mugs. Jill Starling also getting volunteers names in the office.</p><p>Next Meeting 13th June 2.15pm – final planning!!!!</p>
