Joining founding members, Kenneth Konsker, M. D., and John Briggs, M.D., Co-CEO’s; Allan Boshell, COO, Nav Rahemtulla, and Ravi Sarin; Mr. R eimer will round out the board. His addition to the Board will give UPM the broad healthcare and gr owth expertise they’ve been anticipating since bringing Ares Management, LLC on as an equity par tner last summer.</p><p>The partnership with Ares gives UPM the financial wherewithal to better service and offer new opportuniti es to its physician base while also allowing the company growth potential beyond its current market s.
