<p>REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! </p><p>The OLC Innovate: Innovations in Blended and Online Learning, A Joint Conference Presented by the Online Learning Consortium (OLC) and Cal State University-MERLOT is scheduled for April 20-22, 2016 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference is designed with a special track on Workforce Innovation. Workforce Innovation topics include:</p><p> Competency based learning</p><p> Workforce learning and performance</p><p> Industry/higher education collaboration</p><p> Learning and performance innovations</p><p> Industry standards, curriculum alignment and professional affiliations OLC Innovate 2016: Early Bird Registration Closes February 29, 2016 TAACCCT Participants receive an additional discount by registering with a MERLOT Partner Code! (please contact Kim Shibata to receive a MERLOT Partner Code) CSU-MERLOT will also be holding the First Annual TAACCCT Community Meeting! The goals of the meeting will include:</p><p>1. Scope and draft plans for building industry-sector communities within TAACCCT and supported by SkillsCommons and the TAACCCT Learning Network.</p><p>2. Provide TAACCCT grantees the support and infrastructure services to be successful in meeting/exceeding their immediate DOL requirements and their longer term goals for their workforce development programs.</p><p>3. Facilitate networking between grantees, non-grantees, industry organizations, and technology companies to help recognize the value of and establish partnerships in advancing workforce development programs.</p>
