Stockel is a phenomenal coach. His explanation of the techniques and training methods has helped our facility tremendously. With a thorough understanding of how to efficiently and effectively teach the techniques, our own form and our ability to communicate the lifts to our members soared. The video training allowed us to see our personal flaws and fully understand the cues he gave us in the class.
