This is the responsibility of the Head Teacher. </p><p>It is the responsibility of the board of governors to ensure adequate resources so that an effective training programme can be established within **name of school**. It is the responsibility of the CBC H&S Team to provide advice on health and safety training; this is provided through the CBC training matrix spreadsheet (006A). The training matrix provides guidance only; schools must make their own decisions with regard to training requirements for staff in line with risk assessments and job descriptions.</p><p>No health and safety training can be provided by the CBC H&S team, all H&S training for **input name of school** must be sourced from other suppliers. </p><p>Training records must be kept for all training courses and these will be subject to auditing by the CBC health and safety team. </p>
