They are offered for a maximum of four years.</p><p>Assistantships will be reviewed at the end of each semester and will only be renewed if all criteria are met. Qualifications listed below are ELIGIBILITY qualifications; meeting the minimum of these does not guarantee an assistantship.</p><p>REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR ASSISTANTSHIPS Requirements for endowed scholarships are available in the Department office. Merit awards are given on a semester basis and are not explicitly renewable.</p><p>1.
