(a) Activity records of representative Aβ40 and Aβ42 flies for 5 d in LD and following 5 d in constant darkness (DD). (b) There is no difference in the strength of rest-activity rhythms between Aβ40 and Aβ42 flies. Flies were considered arrhythmic with FFT values below 0.04.
