<p>Carpenter II </p><p>Purpose</p><p>Purpose: To provide journeyman level skills performing carpentry work. Responsible for using power and hand tools in the construction, maintenance and repair of structures, equipment and articles of wood. Essential Functions</p><p>Function 1: Perform journeyman level carpentry on projects for housing properties, replacing slab and pre-hung doors, windows, glass, screens, building/replacing countertops, cabinets, replacing floors etc. 70 % Time Function 2: Complete bath, kitchen and office renovations. 15 % Time Function 3: Complete routine Work Orders for maintenance and repairs as requested by residents. 15 % Time Marginal/Incidental Functions</p><p>Marginal/Incidental Functions: Other functions as assigned. Qualifications </p><p>Required Qualifications: High School Graduation or 3 years experience. 3 years of skilled/journeyman level experience required. Working conditions are considered acceptable, but occasionally involve exposure to one or more disagreeable elements such as dust, dirt and other hazards of carpentry equipment.
