The Exhibitor agrees to comply with the terms contained as follows as the formal contract for 2017 INTERNATIONAL WATER TREATMENT EXHIBITION.</p><p>The Exhibitor agrees to abide by the Terms of Application and Exhibition Rules & Regulations set out by the Organizer. The Application Form, Guide to</p><p>Participation and Exhibitor Manual are regarded as part of this Contract.</p><p>1.The Exhibitor ensures that the exhibit(s) or service be directly pertinent to the function or industry represented by the exhibition described above and will</p><p> obtain the Organizer’s consent.</p><p>2.Once the booth(s) is/(are) confirmed, the Contract and Invoice will be sent to the Exhibitor via fax or email. 100% of the fee must be sent by T/T within</p><p>5 working days. Becomes effective upon acceptance by the Organizer. Acknowledgment of acceptance will be sent by email or fax. Applications</p><p> without accompanying payment are invalid and void.
