Responsible for all operational and program aspects of the company. Oversees the schedule performance of environmental planning activities for projects. Provides and demonstrates leadership, clear communication, mentoring, and empowerment of staff. Analyzes local, state and national trends, policies and/or legislation to determine impact. Provides information and support to staff, governmental officials, clients, and the public. Makes presentations to clients, government officials, and industry representatives. </p><p>Program Manager - Bachelor degree with minimum 15 years of experience. Oversees the schedule performance of environmental planning activities for projects. Provides and demonstrates leadership, clear communication, mentoring, and empowerment of staff. Analyzes local, state and national trends, policies and/or legislation to determine impact. Provides information and support to staff, governmental officials, clients, and the public. Responsible for Quality Assurance/Quality Control.</p><p>Project Manager - Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of experience. Responsible for implementing the schedule performance of environmental planning activities for projects. Provides and demonstrates leadership, clear communication, mentoring, and empowerment of staff. Duties typically include client interface, budget management, staff/project team management, and invoicing/project reporting. Has specialized area in the environmental sciences.</p><p>Hydrologist - Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of experience. Conducts environmental site investigations and assessments. Studies distribution, disposition, and development of waters of land areas. Must possess knowledge and have hands-on experience with GIS that includes ESRI ArcMap Software Suite for map production and spatial analysis. Experience with CAD, relational databases, or Visual Basic a plus. Responsibilities include map production, GIS data management, spatial analysis of environmental data using ESRI ArcMap software, GPS unit setup and tech support, data management and reporting using relational data bases.
