DESCRITPTION Dr. Crawford and Dr. Kawar will introduce the separate worlds of Research, EBP, and QI and explain their similarities and their differences. Each world will be examined in detail, with an explanation of each unique worlds’ structure, process, intents, outcomes, and data requirements. The discussion will include the 2 main factors necessary for successful research studies and EBP/QI projects. The step by step components needed to design, implement, and disseminate research studies and EBP/QI projects will be provided. The presentation will conclude resources useful for further exploration of this galaxy. LEARNER As a result of attending this breakout, participants will be able to…..
