An industry veteran with more than 23 years experience, Mr. deFranceaux has directly managed over 3.1 million square feet in major corporate interior renovations for firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Under Armour, Freddie Mac, Concert, Morgan Stanley, T. Rowe Price, INTELSAT, PricewaterhouseCoopers, American Management Systems, and Watson Wyatt. Previously, Mr. deFranceax was a Senior Vice President with Fairfax, VA based Hitt Contracting, Inc. where he oversaw the operations of Hitt’s Baltimore regional office. </p><p>Mr. deFranceaux is a resident of Kensington, MD and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.
