Industry Veteran, Clark H. deFranceaux Moves to KANE Construction

Gaithersburg, MD based KANE Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce that Clark H. deFranceaux has joined the firm as Vice President of Operations.

Mr. deFranceaux will head up the firm’s growing field operations and project management staff. An industry veteran with more than 23 years experience, Mr. deFranceaux has directly managed over 3.1 million square feet in major corporate interior renovations for firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Under Armour, Freddie Mac, Concert, Morgan Stanley, T. Rowe Price, INTELSAT, PricewaterhouseCoopers, American Management Systems, and Watson Wyatt. Previously, Mr. deFranceax was a Senior Vice President with Fairfax, VA based Hitt Contracting, Inc. where he oversaw the operations of Hitt’s Baltimore regional office.

Mr. deFranceaux is a resident of Kensington, MD and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. His current professional affiliations include Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), The Washington Building Congress (WBC), the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), National Association of Industrial and Office properties (NAIOP).
