Call to order by President Gocong </p><p>2. Treasures Report – Ryan Asato </p><p> a. As of 9/24/16, Club has $6,940.03 in the bank of which $2,258.00 is in the Hole in One Fund.</p><p>3. Minutes of meeting held March 18, 2016</p><p> a. Minutes were approved by all present. </p><p>4. Current Accomplishments</p><p> a. Plate lunch after Club event play at Barber’s Point Golf Course.</p><p> b. Charity foundation EGCH sponsorship for Hawaii Food Bank food drive</p><p> b.i. $277.00 raised</p><p> b.ii. 163 lbs. of food</p><p> c. EGCH Birthday event at Prince Golf Course</p><p> d. Outer island trip to Maui – planned 10/08 – 09/2016, awaiting execution</p><p>5. End of Year Party – Putting & Chipping Fundraiser at Pearl City Country Club – Oct. 23, 2016</p><p> a. Require four volunteers prior and will request from Club members.</p><p>6. IHR & Bylaws – complete review with approval by BOD & Club members.</p><p> a. Action: Review of By-laws, In-House rules and Regulations. (Lead – Karl Kagesa)</p><p> b. Discussion: By-Laws review last conducted in 2014 and In-House rules and Regulations in 2013. Changes to finalize are fee waiver for Board of Directors, hole in one cap and presentation of new By-laws/IHR&R to Club members. 1. II. Membership, Section 1 –line out change to delete “club shirt”.</p><p>2. VI. Tournament Procedures & Rules, Section 2, Line 5 – Pairings for “double points” events will be selected according to Eagle Cup standings.</p><p>3. VII. Awards, C. Other Awards/Special Awards – Hole In One Award – Designation of how much ($1,500.00) and grammatical changes. </p><p>4. VII. Awards, C. Other Awards/Special Awards – Section 2, Eagle Award – recognition plaque given at End Of Year Party.</p><p>5. X1. Board Of Directors – line out “AND OFFICERS” due to redundancy.</p><p>7. Nomination for new Board of Directors</p><p> a. On track</p><p> b. Require 3 -4 bullet sentences of each BOD member job.</p><p> c. Nominations to be made by November 19.</p><p> d. Club to vote by December 11.</p><p> e. BOD turnover by the end of January 2017.</p><p> f. Announcement made at EOY party.</p><p>8. EOY Party event – Lead – Eddie Morales</p><p> a. Honolulu Country Club – February 4, 2017.</p><p> b. Current volunteers: Ryan Asato, Alvin Fujioka, Alan/Penny Kitaguchi, Karl Kagesa, Angie Graf & Liz Gocong</p><p> c. Requirements needed:</p><p>1. Cost for venue, food and prizes.</p><p>2. Estimate 60 club members and guest.</p><p>3. Make schedule of events.</p><p>4. Setup/teardown committee at venue.</p><p>5. Gather Prizes, provide evening social activities and games.</p><p>6. Reimburse Eddie $500.00 for down payment made to Honolulu Country Club.</p><p>9. No other outstanding issues. Meeting is adjourned. </p>
