The formation of a leadership community: Acts 2: 42-47  Signs of the Holy Spirit stirring in the hearts of adults: - Adult prayer groups around clubs - Adults who have a passion for Christ - Adults who have a passion for lost kids - Adults who have a passion for Young Life</p><p>2. The formation of a leadership community structure: Acts 13:1-3  Adults who will serve on Committee  Adults who will serve on Prayer Support Teams  Adults who will raise the money to send a staff person out in their community: TDS sub-committee  Adults who want to become volunteer leaders</p><p>3. The formation of a leadership community positions: Acts 4:32-37  Committee Chairperson  Committee TDS Chairperson  Committee Treasurer  Committee Prayer Support Coordinator  Area Director  Volunteer Young Life/WyldLife Team</p><p>4.
