In addition, a service is provided for people who are in receipt of Direct Payments, ILF and Individual Budgets. </p><p>We have over 9 years of experience in providing payroll services to the local community and currently provide payroll for over 110 clients. We are a friendly, reliable and flexible service in the heart of your local community. </p><p>The service consists of the following elements:</p><p>A set of standard forms </p><p> Company information form</p><p> Time sheet</p><p> New starters form</p><p> End of employment form</p><p> Variation of pay form</p><p> Hours to be paid form</p><p>A structured timetable This gives you dates by which each form must be returned for your preferred payment date.</p><p>A secure system Your authorised signatory will sign off every payment so you will know that no payment is ever made with incorrect authorisation. AVOW PAYROLL BUREAU</p><p>A choice of ways to pay your staff All the details can be sent to you so that you can write cheques for the correct amounts to each member of staff.</p><p>Alternatively, you can write one cheque for the whole amount which will be credited to AVOW’s account and then your staff can be paid through the BACS system straight into their bank account.</p><p>Other services Payslips can be posted to you in one batch or to each individual member of your staff (for a small additional </p><p>Inland Revenue Our payroll service can provide the Inland Revenue with all the information they need to process your tax payments or provide you with the information so that you can deal with the tax office directly.</p><p>Income Tax and National Insurance payments will be deducted from your staff members in line with their current documentation. This also includes Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Student Loan Calculations and completion of relevant forms. We also provide staff leavers with P45s</p><p>Year end filing </p><p>Year end filing will be submitted to HMRC online. P60s will be issued to all employees. </p><p>Help & Advice</p><p>We will also be contactable for help and advice on any payroll queries that you may have. AVOW PAYROLL BUREAU</p><p>PAYROLL CHARGES</p><p>At AVOW we want to make sure that you understand your bill when it arrives and can see that you have been fairly charged for the work undertaken. To this end we have clearer way of charging for payroll services. </p><p>There is a £50 charge to register your group with the payroll service and to enable us to undertake all the preliminary work - register with Inland Revenue etc.</p><p>For organisations with up to 10 members of staff each payslip will be charged at £6</p><p>For organisations with 10-20 members of staff each payslip will be charged at £5</p><p>To add a new member of staff the charge will be £10</p><p>To take off a member of staff the charge will be £10</p><p>Payslips posted to staff member’s homes (1st Class) £1</p><p>For BACS payments the charge will be (per payslip) £2 </p><p>Year-end processing and online filing per group £50</p><p>To have all the slips posted to the organisation’s address is free.
