ONS, Along with Other Government Departments, Adopts the Civil Service Competency Framework

<p>ONS, along with other government departments, adopts the Civil Service Competency Framework (CSCF) that outlines the core skills and behaviours expected of Civil Servants at all levels. The competency framework is used for recruitment, performance management and development discussions.
