<p>MINUTES OF PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP HELD ON 24th June 2015 AT Dalgety Bay SURGERY AT 6.30PM.</p><p>Present: Andrea Hynes-Whalley, Colin Hay, Sara Ramsay, Anna Ferguson, David Cooper, Helen Doig, Susan Jenson, Mac Macaskill.</p><p>Apologies received from Diana Hamilton, Elizabeth McKenzie, Michelle Erskene.</p><p>MATTERS DISCUSSED</p><p>1. Minutes from previous meeting - Bank account – Mac informed group our bank account name will be ‘IMG patient participation gp’ -Mac arranged separate meeting for Tuesday 30th June, 6.30p.m at DB with Andrea to work on bank account details and the terms of reference for the group. -Case study feedback – any feedback about case study video to be emailed to Andrea and she will forward it on to The Scottish health Council. -Online reg- Patient PINS are not being collected and as a result are being destroyed. Sara explained that DB front desk computer does not have the software on it to register for on-line appts. As a result patient pins cannot be generated when patient is in reception as Inverkeithing can do. Look at software to be downloaded? -Anna will try to get an alcohol calculation wheel for patients to work out their weekly intake in response to Dr Sahu’s comments at the last meeting. -Artist are working on ideas for DB waiting room window.</p><p>2. Fundraising Coffee morning – David, Colin, Helen and Andrea are available to help with coffee morning. Details to be confirmed at later date.</p><p>3. PLT PPG board – Andrea presented the PPG board for the PLT afternoon. A few minor amendments were suggested and will be implemented. Everyone accepted board content.</p><p>4. Practice news and update- No update as Diana was not present at meeting</p><p>AOB Sadly Susan is stepping down from the PPG as she is moving away with work. The group thanked her for her time and effort with the group. </p><p>The meeting ended at 7.25p.m. The next meeting of the PPG will take place on Tuesday 21st July at 6.30pm at Inverkeithing Surgery. </p>
