Up to a “mean” of 5 ½ miles (maximum). 3 ¼ hrs Local footpaths. 4 – 5 miles. 2 ½ hrs</p><p>The “mean” is reduced/increased by 1 mile for every additional/reduction of 750 feet of ascent</p><p>Coach Trip to Llanberis</p><p>Sunday 7th July 2013</p><p>There will an opportunity to choose from 2 walks or to spend time sight-seeing.</p><p>Gina will lead a 5.5 mile walk round the lake after which people may have time to visit the Mining Museum and Hospital. </p><p>Garry will lead a moderate walk of 7 miles with 2,300 feet total ascent: Llanberis - Moel Eilio - Foel Gron - Foel Goch - Llanberis. </p><p>Non-walkers can take the railway to the top of Snowdon, where there is a visitor centre and cafe.
