Place a cover slip over the hair and place the slide on the stage of your scope. This tissue is found between layers of onion. Place this thin tissue on a clean slide, add a drop of stain, and place cover slip on top at a 45 degree angle. WIPE OFF EXTRA STAIN! Place them on your clean slide and place one drop of stain on them. Carefully place the cover slip on top of the cells/stain.
