<p> General Conditions</p><p>1. Application forms should be completed and sent to IDRO International Trading Company, hereinafter called “IDRO” not later than 27.08.2012 2. Mandatory fees should be transferred to the account not later than 27.08.2012, given below stating the 12th Tehran Int’l Industry Exhibition2012. Kindly issue payment order to the bank account inserted in your proforma invoice. * Participants should cover all banking charges /Transferring Fees. 3. In order to avoid any misunderstanding regarding the payments, participants are requested to advice, in writing to IDRO the exact date and amount of remittance and the bank name through which the amount has been remitted. 4. Participant is not allowed to sublet or share with others the allocated space. 5. 5. Participant who has been registered and deposited up to 70% of the payment, wishing to cancel their participation, if they inform IDRO, 35 days before the beginning the Fair, 100%, Cancellation between 35-20 days before the opening day 50% of their payment shall be refunded. And from 20 to 5 days before the opening day no money shall be refunded for cancellation. 6. Location and dimensions (length & width) of stands will be specified by organizer. IDRO may in exceptional circumstances alter the location of rented area or the site, with a tolerance of 15% ±. 7. The equipped stands will be put at participants' disposal for preparation at least 24 hours before the opening date of the fair. .8 The Non-equipped stands will be put at the disposal of the participants at least 4 days before the opening date of the fair. .9 Participants who have applied for an equipped stand but intend to alter it to non- equipped, should inform IDRO, 30 days before the opening day otherwise, should pay the charges based on equipped stand. 10. Participants wishing to demonstrate the operation of their exhibits must obtain the prior approval of IDRO. 11. Participants, who want to have their own decoration, should submit their design to IDRO, 30 days before opening day for getting the confirmation. 12. Participants with open space are not authorized to build up any construction unless they use prefabrication system. 13. Construction or decorative activities at the stands, display of exhibits should be completed one day before the opening day & all unnecessary materials should be removed from the stands. 14. Participants, who build the upper floor in their stands, shall pay an additional 50% of rental value of the ground area. The amount should be paid 30 days before the opening day. 15. Participants requiring additional lighting and/or 3 phase electricity or telephone line should apply and fill out the relevant form and forward it to IDRO at least 20 days before the opening of the fair and pay the related charges. 16 Open area (outside) does not include any facilities. Therefore, participants shall fill out the relevant form and proceed with the payment. 17. Parking lots will be provided for participants. Participants will receive one free parking card per 12sqm, 2 cards per 24sqm, and 3 cards per over 40sqm. 18. Exhibitors should submit completed form (No.3) to IDRO for issuing identity cards for all personnel who will be present at the fair, 30 days before the opening day and should provide IDRO with a personal photo for each one in order to issue the Id cards. 19. Specifications of companies will be published in the fair book on the base of information in form (No2), in English. One copy will be presented to each exhibitor, free of charge. 20. Participants’ banner or sign-boards must be used only within the area of their pavilion. 21. IDRO provides guards for general watching of halls and pavilions for the whole period of the Exhibition while the halls entrance are locked after closing hours. However, participants are advised to make their own arrangements for safeguarding their exhibits during the visiting hours of the fair. 22. Participants should keep their stands open during the visiting hours. They are not allowed to close their stands or pavilions before the closing time of the fair. 23. Storage of flammable articles is prohibited. 24. The shared wireless access with 64 KBS is free for the applicants who send their request to IDRO, at least 10 days before the opening date of the exhibition. 25. Participants should vacate the rented area maximum two days after the termination of the fair. 26. Ladies clothes for exhibitors must include: scarf and long uniform (under the knee) Compliance with Islamic principles. Therefore using short and tight uniform or using too much make up out of the norm is strictly prohibited. Gentlemen (exhibitors) as well as ladies should avoid wearing inappropriate clothing and hairstyle 27. Every effort will be made to provide your first choice but as booth locations are offered on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS, this can not be guarantied. Final floor locations are at the sole discretion of the organizer. 28.
