
<p>Job Description Ref no:</p><p>Job Title Projects Officer</p><p>Directorate or Region East Asia Department/Country Projects</p><p>Location of post Seoul, Korea Pay Band H</p><p>Reports to Projects Manager Duration of job 8 months fixed term</p><p>Purpose of job: To support the Society Projects Team in terms of planning and delivering Social Enterprise, Football (Premier Skills) and Science (FameLab) projects</p><p>Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties: (including people management and finance)</p><p>1. Project running & evaluation (45%) To provide all admin support to organise activities and events including venue search/booking etc. To attend events and ensure smooth running, dealing with problems as they arise To admin payment to vendors through FABS and report to projects managers To ensure all data and feedback is collated in soft copy at the end of events for scorecard purposes and update the scorecard spreadsheet discussing with projects managers Manage information created and received in compliance with the Council’s information management standards, policies, the UK Data Protection Principles and local legislation</p><p>2. Marketing & promotion (30%) To develop ideas and assist in delivering the marketing and promotion activities of the projects including circulating invitations to events and following-up To assist in the maintenance of relevant project web pages and other online activities including social network services and the BC website</p><p>3. Communication with partners/colleagues (20%) To deal with all initial e-mail and face-to-face enquiries about the projects and related work To correspond with partners/colleagues when required via email, phone and face to face format in a professional manner</p><p>4.
