
<p> Advertisement</p><p>Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months</p><p>Organisational Development (OD) Specialist</p><p>The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) seeks to employ an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist who will report directly to the Executive Manager: HR and be based at the Head Office situated in Centurion, Pretoria.</p><p>Key Performance Areas will include but not limited to the following:</p><p>. Facilitate the implementation of current and future Organisational Structures by helping to create project timelines and deadlines . Update the SETA organisational structure including the Business Units . Create and implement programme at work that connect employees with business goals. . Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys by diagnosing potential organizational problem areas and recommend training and development systems. . Ensure that all job descriptions are in place and updated . Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes. . Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programmes that meet company goals. . Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting. . Create effective strategic planning methods. . Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets. . Implement organizational effectiveness interventions and create competency models. . Develop team-building exercises and workshops including but not limited to Investors in People Programmes. . Facilitate change programmes in all aspects of operation and talk with staff to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. . Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals. . Assist in the creation of definitions of desired SETA, BU and Individual performance thus strengthening the SETA Performance Management System. . Give inputs to HR Reports and/or compile the reports as and when required to do so. . Assist the Team with HR Related matters.</p><p>Minimum Qualification and Experience:</p><p>. Diploma or Degree in HR or Related Discipline . 3-5 years relevant OD Projects / Field . 2 – 3 years in Supervisory or Team Leader Position . MS office Proficient at Intermediate Level . Valid Driver’s Licence.</p><p>Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:</p><p>. Sound Knowledge of Labour Relations Act and other related Acts; i.e. BCEA; SDA; EE; SDLA; etc. . HR Generalist with special focus on OD and Related Ares . Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills . Ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects or tasks . Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision . Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems . Ability to treat and manage confidential matters both at strategic and operational levels . Problem solving skills</p><p>Special Requirements:</p><p>. Willingness and ability to travel .
