Her area of expertise includes, emergency room, medical-surgical, rehabilitation and long-term care nursing. Her research interest includes the prevalence of cervical cancer among women of low- socioeconomic status and strategies to address workplace bullying in nursing. She strives to actively engage students in the critical thinking and learning processes to enhance student success. </p>
