<p> INSIDE FUEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE SELECTION PROFILE POSITION SUMMERY:</p><p>The primary responsibility of our Inside Fuel Sales Representative is to:</p><p>• Provide information to sales department in order to develop penetration within existing accounts and on lost customers</p><p>• Answer inbound calls from customers and sales representatives to place orders, receive fuel quotes</p><p>• Solicit new business by contacting potential customers; those who have never purchased and contact dormant accounts</p><p>• Assist sales reps and supervisor with any special projects and new opportunities</p><p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>• Provide information to sales department in order to develop penetration within existing accounts and on lost customers</p><p>• Assist in maintain current customer information in MAS2000</p><p>• Attend all Sales meetings</p><p>• Maintain ongoing communication with required retention activities on company’s top 20 percent/Platinum customers</p><p>• Write up fuel orders, enter orders in to system</p><p>• Margin Management – pricing delivered orders for billing department </p><p>• Assist customers with questions or inquiries</p><p>• Offer price quotes to customers and sales representatives</p><p>• Customer liaison with dispatch for ETA’s on loads</p><p>• Monitor market changes and price changes thru DTN</p><p>• Send out credit applications as requested</p><p>[1] 4535 Shetland, Suite 300 | Houston | Texas 77027 | 1.800.656.1788 | www.AccendoInternational.com Copyright © 2012 Accendo International. INSIDE FUEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE SELECTION PROFILE • Pull pricing from DTN and prepare Rack sheets and Overnight Quote file for Houston and Dallas</p><p>• Make loading decisions based on vendor price changes and contracts/deals</p><p>• Set goals that are in alignment with supervisor and company goals</p><p>• Follow up on credit applications</p><p>• Move loads based on High pay off </p><p>• Notify dispatch and Dallas of price changes</p><p>• Re-Price customers when vendors have price changes</p><p>• Practice exceptional customer service. </p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>Education: High School Diploma</p><p>Some college is preferred</p><p>EXPERIENCE: </p><p>Inside fuel sales experience in the industrial transportation market and oil field is preferred</p><p>SKILLS:</p><p>• Excellent planning and organizational skills (Develop and accomplish goals – Annual, Quarterly, Monthly, Day), ability to multi-task, ability to prioritize work</p><p>• Very good communication skills; written, verbal, provide feedback on goals and major projects</p><p>• Excellent customer service skills, build rapport with co-workers and customers</p><p>[2] 4535 Shetland, Suite 300 | Houston | Texas 77027 | 1.800.656.1788 | www.AccendoInternational.com Copyright © 2012 Accendo International.
