Veterinarians will use this function to record dietary changes and supplements prescribed by them. Notes will be associated to an animal or Taxon. Recorder records changes in the diet using dietary notes function, a new record is created for each change and the old record is modified to reflect that this diet is discontinued and a new diet sheet is in place. 5.
