Veterinarians will use this function to record dietary changes and supplements prescribed by them. Notes will be associated to an animal or Taxon. Veterinarian researches animal diet to correct an existing medical problem or improve overall health of the animal. 2. Veterinarian reviews existing diet notes for the animal or species. 3. Veterinarian prescribes the changes in the diet or changes in the food supplements. 4. Recorder records changes in the diet using dietary notes function, a new record is created for each change and the old record is modified to reflect that this diet is discontinued and a new diet sheet is in place. 5.
