All proposals must be submitted in writing no later than March 15, 2014. All proposals will be reviewed by the Cross Country games committee and a recommendation made to the Athletic Council in May. The 2014 Cross Country championships are scheduled for Saturday November 1, 2014. The sale of any merchandize, food or other items at the Section V events will be negotiated with the host organization and the Section V X-C committee.</p><p>Site Needs: 1.
