During the Pre-Proposal Conference on September 12, 2017, CTS sought to review the Vendor asked question from the RFQ Question and Answer Period. Amendment 2 to the RFQ clarified that the question would be discussed during the Pre-Proposal Conference, and that the official answer would be listed via Amendment.
