In Annex - 1, under Daily Batch, total number of batches taken and total hours of training conducted by the individual trainer has to be mentioned.</p><p>3. In Annex - II:</p><p>3.1 ‘Y’ under Space Shared would mean that the classroom or the workshop or the Lab is used for MES on sharing basis and, therefore, the no. of hours the space is available for MES has to be mentioned. 3.2 If the shared space is found to be inadequate for training, the Inspection official must clearly spell out the nature of inadequacy or constraint. 3.3 The photograph of a classroom or workshop or Lab must give the full view.</p><p>4. In Annex - III:</p><p>4.1 For every sanctioned module, the Inspection of the equipment & machinery has to be undertaken.</p><p>4.2 ‘ Item Description’ means PC, Welding Machine, etc. and ‘Specification’ should cover broad description of technical specification and brand. 4.3 The photograph of module wise equipment & machinery should provide overall full view and, for example, each and every computer should not be photographed.</p><p>5. In Annex - IV:</p><p>5.1 Information on availability of raw material should be furnished on the basis of assessment of the requirement of raw material for a particular module such as SS bars for welding, wood for carpentry, stationary for IT & ITES, cloths for tailoring, etc. 5.2 A general assessment should be made on the basis of the physical condition of the material regarding its usability.</p><p>6. ‘ Training Calendar’ is a key operational document indicating: MAHARASHTRA STATE SKILL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY VTP INSPECTION REPORT - 2015</p><p>6.1 Module wise and batch wise (if more than on 1 batch for a module is planned by the VTP) time planner. 6.2 Module wise, Batch wise daily training schedule including classroom teaching, workshop/Lab training, etc. mapped to individual instructor/trainer/teacher.</p><p>7.
