The following clubs are suspended by Durham FA for outstanding fines by players, Chichester Arms, Bill Quay CC. Gateshead Queens Head and Duke of Cumberland.</p><p>Clubs; No correspondence.</p><p>Assistant Secs report; Mr. Brian Marshall indicated that further information from some clubs is still required for the league register. At least 6 weeks notice will be required for postponements. FA.com website to be used for fixtures and results. Season to commence 18th August.</p><p>Registration Secs report; Mr. Sean Foster indicated that existing clubs to receive their retainer forms and new clubs to have their registrations in by the next league meeting.</p><p>Referees appointment Secs report; Mr. Gavin Jackson reported that additional referees are required for the start of the season.</p><p>Treasurer’s report; Mr Jim Douglass informed clubs that league fee and affiliations to be paid by the next meeting otherwise a £10.00 increase will be added.
