Mr. Alan Harrison opened the meeting.

Apologies; No apologies.

Roll call; all clubs present except Boldon Lad, Leam Rangers, Hebburn Colliery Club, FC Hebburn Colliery, Chichester Arms, Chuter Ede, Racks & Stoney’s.

Matters Arising from last Minutes; No matters arising.

Correspondence DFA; Confirmation that Turbinia & Howden FC to affiliate with Northumberland FA. The following clubs are suspended by Durham FA for outstanding fines by players, Chichester Arms, Bill Quay CC. Gateshead Queens Head and Duke of Cumberland.

Clubs; No correspondence.

Assistant Secs report; Mr. Brian Marshall indicated that further information from some clubs is still required for the league register. At least 6 weeks notice will be required for postponements. FA.com website to be used for fixtures and results. Season to commence 18th August.

Registration Secs report; Mr. Sean Foster indicated that existing clubs to receive their retainer forms and new clubs to have their registrations in by the next league meeting.

Referees appointment Secs report; Mr. Gavin Jackson reported that additional referees are required for the start of the season.

Treasurer’s report; Mr Jim Douglass informed clubs that league fee and affiliations to be paid by the next meeting otherwise a £10.00 increase will be added. BALANCE £5806.45
