Box 345 Vermillion, SD 57069</p><p>Department Manufacturing</p><p>Job Title Hydraulic Systems Installer/Technician</p><p>Position Reports To Lead, Assembly</p><p>Level/Grade Wage Type of position: Hours: 40 / week Range X Full-time Exempt</p><p>N/A X Non-exempt </p><p>GENERALJOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>Responsibilities include the ability to assemble, install and test hydraulic systems or components on on-site manufactured machinery and equipment. Measures, cuts and routes hoses to meet blueprint requirements. May be assigned additional responsibilities as necessary to support manufacturing and fabrication process. JOB REQUIREMENTS  Knowledge of hydraulics systems and components.</p><p> Able to perform standard measurements, use of gauges, calipers and micrometers.</p><p> Proficiency in use of all hand and power tools, machinery, diagnostic and performance testing equipment associated with hydraulic services, manufacturing and installation.  Applicant must have mechanical skills and abilities, with attention to detail.</p><p> Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.</p><p> Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds</p><p> Ability to work standing on hard surface (e.g. concrete) for up to 12 hours per day in hot or cold environment.</p><p> Good hand and eye coordination.</p><p> Good visual acuity.</p><p> Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crouch and stoop to perform various functions of the position.</p><p> Ability to reach with hands and arms.</p><p> Ability to work independently.</p><p> Must be able to work overtime if requested.</p><p> Must be able to read and understand English.</p><p> Must be able to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.</p><p> Must be able to perform basic shop math functions and use standard measuring devices. </p><p> Must have excellent attendance history.</p><p> Other duties as assigned.
