I do, for myself, my heirs and assigns, my executors and representatives and administrators and all other persons of interest, hereby waive any and all claims that may accrue to me, or any of the aforementioned, against the race organizers (the organizing authority, race committee, host club, sponsors, or any other organization or official associated with the regatta). The race organizers shall not be responsible for any damage whatsoever to any boat or other property or any injury to any participant, including death, sustained as a result of participation in this event.
