MANDATORY SITE VISIT</p><p>Attendance and participation in the site visit held on October 15, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. is mandatory to any firm wishing to participate in this RFQ process. A representative from the potential Proposer must be present at the site visit or the potential Proposer will be deemed non-responsive and subsequently disqualified from the RFQ process. During the site visit only site details we be discussed. All contract questions and issues must be submitted in writing in accordance with Section II, Subsection H, Inquiries of this RFQ.</p><p>The site visit will start promptly at 10:00 am. The Tracy Tire Fire Site is located at 29425 South MacArthur Drive in Tracy, San Joaquin County, California. Various driving directions and a map are provided for your reference in Attachment H. </p><p>F. REQUIREMENTS OF STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>A cover letter must be included with the SOQ package and must be signed by an individual who is authorized to contractually bind the Proposer. The cover letter must be printed on the business letterhead and contain the following information:</p><p>1. Name and address of Proposer; 2. Name, telephone number and e-mail address of a contact person; and 3.
