Program promotes financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Proposing “blended” program, available online with parent volunteer/guide. Cost of program assessed to school (example given: $100 kit to service 32 students – total cost for school about $1000 estimated). </p><p>Proposed program for 7th and 8th grade at 2 day per week, after spring break – total of 3 weeks with 2 sessions per week. Proposed time for 2017 is 8:00-8:45. Details to be sent to parents of 7th and 8th by Christy Staker via sign up genius. </p><p>K-8 planned for 2017-18 school year. Course consists of 45 minute sessions, total of 5-6 weeks per grade/program. Discussion relating to publicizing, notice to parents for 2018 year.</p><p>Tiger Trot Goal of $40,000 fundraising, underwriting open as of 3/6/18. Top 3 selling families to get prize. All items available online (t-shirts only available online). March 31 kickoff - See timeline for details on dates. </p><p>Jean Lucas – works for publishing company with local author. Plan to bring him to school to give presentation, possibility of purchasing books, discussion of pre-purchase and promotion of materials. </p>
