A unique title for your portfolio b. Your name, course code, teacher name, and date.</p><p>3. The second page must be a table of contents: a. Identifying the sections of the portfolio; b. Identifying the page numbers the sections are on; c. Numbering each page of the portfolio.</p><p>4. Assignments should be placed in a logical order into your portfolio. (hint, think of your progression throughout the course). Your Resume and Cover Letter should be included at the end.</p><p>5.
