GLC20 Summative Assignment Portfolio – 15%

Content:

1. The portfolio must be submitted in a duotang.

2. The first page must be a title page that contains: a. A unique title for your portfolio b. Your name, course code, teacher name, and date.

3. The second page must be a table of contents: a. Identifying the sections of the portfolio; b. Identifying the page numbers the sections are on; c. Numbering each page of the portfolio.

4. Assignments should be placed in a logical order into your portfolio. (hint, think of your progression throughout the course). Your Resume and Cover Letter should be included at the end.

5. The portfolio must be submitted on Monday June 13th, 2011.

4. Format (typed, neat, organized in a logical order) /5
