This poses a challenge for companies that have already entered or are planning to enter the market in China.</p><p>To obtain a clearer view with respect to developing an environmental business in China, it is important to first understand the general background in the business and regulatory requirements in China. In this seminar, the speaker will first focus on the business arrangements in China under the current tax and regulatory framework in order to offer the audience practical guidelines and insider's view to the fundamental business operations and taxation issues. She will also focus on market entry options and the different investment vehicles available for business set-up in China.
