Busser</p><p>Department: Dining Room Property: Lenox</p><p>JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for setting up, clearing and pre-bussing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting Servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Maintains beverage bars throughout Hotel and Spa. Maintain the salad and mocktail bars.</p><p>Percentage of ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: time spent on each task.  Responsible for the maintenance of the dining room tables. 25  Clears dirty table setting, prepares table for resetting and resets all service ware promptly and consistently as prescribed.  Transports all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.  Assists Servers in clearing dishes and replacing silverware between each course.  Maintains various service stations throughout the property. 25  Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen and condiments.  Sets up and maintains salad bar(s).  Sets up and maintains various beverage bars throughout the Hotel, and room service to guests.  Sets up and maintains “mocktail” beverage bar outside the Dining Room throughout the evening. Performs general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to  15 adhere to health standards. Performs duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills or special guest requests, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
