<p> REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) # 119526 </p><p>Subject: “MOVE of IT Equipment from current premises to the new ICC Permanent Premises”. </p><p>Date of this EOI: 22 July 2015</p><p>Closing date of this EOI: 27 July 2015</p><p>Reference Number: 119526</p><p>Address EOI for the attention of: Kent Foster</p><p>Fax no.: +31 (0) 70 515 8336</p><p>E-mail address: [email protected]</p><p>It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC), located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of “MOVING SERVICES of IT Equipment from current premises to the new ICC Permanent Premises”.” In this connection, the ICC is requesting expressions of interest from qualified companies. </p><p>MOVE of IT Equipment from current premises to the new ICC Permanent Premises </p><p>Description  Between September 2015 and January 2015, the ICC will move ICT equipment to its new permanent premises, currently being constructed at the Oude Waalsdorperweg in The Hague. The International Criminal Court (ICC) is looking for a company which is able to move the ICTequipment (Switches, Servers, Storage, Appliances etc) from the temporary premises at Maanweg 174, 2516AB, The Haage (The Arc), Saturnstraat 9 and 20 (Haagse Veste and Parking Place) to the new premises permanent premises in Oude Waalsdorperweg 10, 2597 AK, The Hague. The move service supplier has to move the equipment to the new premises and has to make sure that the all the designated equipment is relocated and put in the designated racks or storage location at the new Permanent Premises in Oude Waalsdorperweg.</p><p>General Scope Tasks and Phases  All the move activities will be composed of the following phases:  1. General preparation and coordination (Move management, and Planning)  2. Preparation for the move and uninstallation of equipment  3. Equipment Transportation.  4. Destination on-site preparation  5. Relocation equipment designated in the SoW from and to the designated places. 6. Reinstallation of Equipment</p><p>VOG statement and Security Briefing All Contractors staff must have a VOG statement (“Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag”) and a copy must be handed over 4 weeks after commissioning. The VOG statement not older as 6 months.</p><p>======The requirements will be given under the Request for Proposal documents that will be sent to the firms who reacted to this EOI.
