(“Hopewell”) providing goods to the above applicant (“Applicant”), the undersigned (“Guarantor”) unconditionally guarantees payment of all indebtedness incurred by the Applicant to Hopewell, whether due now or hereafter incurred, and agrees to indemnify Hopewell Nursery for any and all amounts due from the Applicant to Hopewell.
