In addition to hand luggage, KLM allow one small hand held bag which must fit under the aircraft seat, no bigger than 40 x 30 x 15 cm, With a maximum weight of 12Kg between the two items</p><p> Liquids- maximum 10 items of liquids in a resealable bag maximum size 20x20cm. No individual bottle is to be greater than 100ml. ALL evening meals will be at our hotel in Soest. Friday evening meal in Amsterdam- students will have need to fund this for themselves</p><p> We recommend no more than 30-90 euro be brought on the trip to allow for meals and other incidental spending.</p><p> No need to provide your son/daughter with lots of sweets/drinks.</p><p> Swimming- when we visit Schvevigen, staff are not qualified to supervise open water swimming. Consequently, students are not allowed in the sea. </p><p> Meet at 02:30 on Monday 17th July – school gates will be open. Please use the playground for drop off. Estimated time of return is 23.00, Friday 21st July</p><p> Flight details are: outbound Birmingham to Amsterdam, KL1420 dept. 06.10.
